Refund policy

Digital Products — No Refunds

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once a purchase has been made and files have been accessed or downloaded.

 

Exception — Corrupted or Undeliverable Files

If your downloaded file is corrupted, unreadable, or the wrong file was delivered, we will replace it immediately at no charge. Please contact us at hello@curatorsdesk.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

We do not issue refunds on the basis of:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incompatibility with software not listed in the product description

• Printing results varying from screen display

 

Physical Books — Damaged or Defective Items Only

All physical journals and planners are inspected for quality before being dispatched by our print partner. Because each book is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. To request a replacement:

1. Contact us at hello@curatorsdesk.com within 7 days of delivery

2. Include your order number and 2–3 clear photos showing the damage

3. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you

We do not accept returns of physical books under any other circumstances.

 

Handmade Bookmarks — Damaged Items Only

Bookmark sets are inspected before shipping. If your set arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will send a replacement.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on bookmarks for change of mind, color variation due to screen display differences, or personal preference.

 

Order Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been delivered.

Physical book orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as printing begins immediately.

Bookmark orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Contact us immediately at hello@curatorsdesk.com.
